2. About TrueNorthCTO

TrueNorthCTO is a volunteer-led, not-for-profit community for senior technology leaders with a meaningful connection to Canada. The website is provided to share community information, support applications and nominations, and connect visitors with TrueNorthCTO resources.

3. Applications, nominations, and membership discretion

Submitting an application or nomination does not guarantee acceptance, invitation, response, event access, or ongoing membership. TrueNorthCTO may accept, reject, defer, or remove applications, nominations, or members at its discretion, including to preserve community fit, trust, confidentiality, and the senior peer nature of the community.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you have permission to provide it. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, proprietary, or third-party information that you are not authorized to share. Information submitted through the website may be used to review applications, nominations, eligibility, community fit, and related communications.

TrueNorthCTO is designed for candid, respectful, senior-level peer exchange. If you participate in community activities, you agree to act professionally, respect confidentiality, avoid harassment or abusive conduct, and avoid using the community primarily for solicitation, spam, recruiting pressure, or sales activity. You must not share private member discussions, contact details, or community materials without appropriate permission.
